LSU Home Games
The Pastime Tiger Transit will be entering it 32nd year partnering with Baton Rouge Commuter Service to provide buses for our dining customers to and from the LSU Home Games.
Tickets go on sale at 12:00 noon
First bus generally leaves 3 hours prior to kickoff.
Tickets for our Pastime customers (with receipts) are
$15.00 round trip.
$10.00 To the game ONLY.
Please park under the Mississippi River bridge and not in our small front lot. We only have 26 parking spots and we want to keep them open for our customers who are not going to the game and customers who join us to watch the Tigers on TV. If you leave 3 hours before the game, and the game is 3 1/2 hours, plus the time it takes to return to retrieve your vehicle, you would have taken that parking spot for over 7 hours, thereby taking away parking for our customers.
The Pastime does not make any money from the buses as all sales go directly to the bus company. In fact, it cost us money for tickets, labor, etc. Besides providing a convenient and safe way to and from the games for our customers, the Pastime gets 4 to 10 buses of customers before and after the game. We are not a bus service but rather a restaurant that provides this service for our customers as a "value added customer service". Please come in and dine with us and then purchase your bus tickets.
There are no advance sales since the reason we run the buses is for our CUSTOMERS Convenience and selling then in advance does not leave open seats for our customers who dine with us.
